What Mindful Living Is To Me

What is my why? What am I all about? What kind of information are you going to find on this site?

I want to have a good life. A Simple, balanced, fulfilling life. I want to impart to the world that I live in and leave it better than I found it.

My priorities are the mindsets, methods, and tasks that support this goal.

  • Love: (which is consideration, compassion, and action)For my creator, my fellow man, the animals, the planet. It boils down to treating people, places, and things, well.

  • Balance: Making sure that I am my most effective self by choosing, what I do with my time, wisely.

  • Effectiveness: The last two priorities usually result in being an effective person, but there are always more tools you can use to increase your productivity and quality of life.

So the "effectiveness priority" is the one that inspires me to share here. The question, "How can I make this better?" is ultimately what leads me to the amazing tools and methods people have created for just that! Minimalism, Zero Waste, Simple living, Ethical Living, Sustainable Living. Moderate Budgeting Templates, Time Managment Tips, Healthy cooking. Positive parenting, Present mindedness, Healthy lifestyle habits. Some of these methods are very extreme Ideas, but the benefits prove their worth. Some of these methods seem like common sense but are often overlooked.

In a nutshell: I don't want to live the life I was raised to assume was normal. I want to create the best life. I want to explore alternative ways of doing things. I don't want to think that something is right, I want to know that something is right.
