Lemon Chicken and Couscous

1. Boil chicken broth (or) water and chicken bouillon

2. Add in Couscous and cover (remove from heat) let sit 5-10 minutes

3. Slice chicken and Sautee in lemon juice and garlic salt.

4. Add fresh spinach to pan and give it a stir.

Serve chicken over couscous. I like to garnish with a lemon wedge for those who want a little more zing!
