Famous Noodles
1. Boil egg noodles. Drain.
2. Put noodles in a pan, add a can of tuna (with oil), stir.
3. Add in a few tablespoons of capers.
4. Drizzle with Olive Oil, Parmesan Cheese and Garlic Salt.
5. Pan Fry Noodles over Med-Low heat for 20-30 minutes. Flipping.
6. When the noodles become a golden brown color (slightly crunchy edges), then Top with swiss cheese and cook until melted. Serve.
This is a family recipe that has been passed down for generations. The tuna and capers are a personal tweak that I like, But, we eat it vegetarian most of the time.
