Roasted Chicken and Brussels Sprout Salad

1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Line baking sheet with tin foil.

2. Slice chicken into strips. Add to baking sheet.

3. Quarter Brussels Sprouts. Add to baking sheet.

4. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic salt. Toss or Stir.

5. Bake for 40 minutes.

6. Top with Parmesan Cheese, Serve over fresh spinach.

Super easy with loads of greens!
