Veggie Pasta

I love having roasted veggies and boiled pasta on hand for simple healthy meals, this one is a go-to for me and my kiddos!

  • Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

  • Broccoli and Squash, slice, place on baking sheet.

  • Drizzle with olive oil & Garlic salt.

  • Squeeze 1/2 lemon over the top.

  • Bake for about 20-30 minutes

  • Boil Pasta

  • Toss Veggie Mix and Pasta, (Adding a little butter goes a long way too!)

I Like to top with parmesan cheese and serve with lemon. If you want meat you can slice and toss chicken onto the baking sheet.
